The Livestream programme is 100% online with a small group of like-minded people. This interactive programme follows our proven method with weekly 1-hour livestream webinars hosted by two expert dietitians.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the programme?

The programme runs for 13 weeks. The programme begins with an introductory webinar where you will get to meet your fellow group members and understand how to get started with the programme. This is then followed by 12 weekly webinars that take you through the Method.

Are there different packages available?

All Livestream programmes follow the same principles. We also offer 1:1 programmes for more tailored coaching. For more information about private coaching, please click here.

How do the webinars work?

We use Zoom to host our webinars. Once you’ve signed up for a programme you will receive details on how to login to your secure weekly webinar. You will need to make sure you have a computer, phone or tablet with a microphone and webcam to ensure you can fully participate in the webinar.

What if I’m late to the webinar, can I still join?

To ensure that all participants get the best experience possible, you’ll be unable to join the webinar after the start time.

Will my face be shown on the webinar?

Yes, your face will be shown on the webinar. This is to encourage an open, honest setting and create trust between participants.

I have existing health conditions, can I join the programme?

The Livestream programme provides general advice on nutrition, exercise, mindset and lifestyle factors and is not a substitute for individual advice. The programme is not suitable for you if you:

  • Are currently pregnant or lactating
  • Have a history of eating disorders
  • Have a Body Mass Index of less than 20.0kg/m2
  • Are under 18 years old
  • Have an unmanaged chronic disease

We recommend you speak with your Dr / GP before undertaking any lifestyle changes within the programme if you have any existing medical conditions. All the information provided in the programme is general advice. You are required to assess the safety and appropriateness of the information for your specific needs. For personalised advice including guidance relating to pre-existing health conditions, we recommend our 1:1 Private Coaching programmes, where you can work directly with one of our dietitians.

Will I get a refund if I miss a week or two?

We recommend attending all of the webinars within your programme to ensure you get the best results possible. Missed weeks are not refundable.

What if I still have questions after the webinar?

Each webinar will begin with a weekly check-in to address any questions, concerns or doubts that arise in between sessions.

How many people are in a group?

The maximum number of participants will be fifteen.

I’m quite shy, is a group programme for me?

To ensure you and the other participants get the most out of their programme we encourage interaction and discussion. Your community is a supportive group of people on a similar journey to you. If however you feel this would make you uncomfortable, one of our 1:1 Private Coaching programmes may be more suitable for you.

What will happen in the first webinar?

Your first webinar is an introductory webinar where you will get to meet everyone in the group and understand how to get started with the programme. In the following webinar, we’ll get straight into discussing the first pillar of the Method – ‘Eat Beautifully’.

Will I get any support after the Livestream programme ends?

Your programme will finish after thirteen weeks, but if you do feel you need additional support, the Parker Practice team will be happy to discuss further support options with you.

Can I join if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Unfortunately our Group Webinar Programme is not suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, however, please do get in touch with our team on as you may be suitable for a 1:1 Private Coaching programme.

Can I cancel if I decide the programme isn’t for me?

If you decide that the group programme isn’t for you, you are welcome to cancel, however no refunds will be given.

Is the programme for men and women?

The programme is currently offered for women. Men-only and mixed-gender group sessions will be added over the coming months.
