September Limited Edition: The Ultimate Transform by Louise Parker

This September, we are delighted to offer you our most intensive, supportive Louise Parker Method programme. We have taken our award-winning Transform programme, and doubled up the support and coaching that you receive weekly, and extended the duration - so that you have that extra knowledge, push and motivation to ensure you reach your goals this new term.

For the month of September only, your Ultimate Transform programme will include individual calls with our Founder, Louise Parker, alongside your personal Parker Practice Dietician coaching you every step of the way.

Your personal dietician will lead your programme and Louise will be adding in dedicated hours to each client as we launch The Ultimate Transform, whether you chose our 8-week or 12-week option. Each client will have hours throughout their Ultimate Transform to have pep talks with Louise, and can be booked around you and when you feel you need it most. Louise will have your initial call and final call on your programme, with flexibility in between.

We know that most are needing more support than ever to find their groove again and as such, we have increased the coaching time, with added support, for those of you who really are committed to focussing on achieving your ultimate results and behaviour change.

The 8-week Ultimate Transform Programme

We have devised an 8-week Ultimate Transform Programme, with the limited time offer of Louise on board your journey, and with an option to extend to a full 12-week programme. Coaching sessions are twice a week, with a more intensive preparation period. We’ve added in daily ‘live Clinics’ for all Ultimate Transform clients.

These are Dietician led, intended to be relaxed in style, with a blend of topics and time for you to have your questions answered. We will be running a session daily, in the hope that should you need it, you’ve always a top up a couple of times a week – albeit they are by no means compulsory.

As ever, confidentiality is our priority and the participant size will be small so that you really do have ample support throughout your programme.

8 weeks – £8,400
12 weeks – £12,400

An additional 4 weeks can be added on after Week 8, and will be adapted to you; whether your wish to further your weight loss, keep working at your habits and goals, or have support as you transition into the Lifestyle Phase of maintenance.

This does have to be booked at the start of the programme, albeit if you wish to extend at this point, we encourage this, and Louise’s complimentary check in’s will cease until the last week of your programme.

Week One

  • Initial Hello with Louise (60 mins by telephone)
  • Initial Consultation with your Parker Practice Dietician (60 mins)
  • You will be guided on Prep Week with personalised and a manageable list of actions to do throughout this week

*Please note all your Dietician consultations may take place at our Walton Street Clinic, by Zoom, or by telephone. All catch-ups with Louise are remote and by telephone.

Week Two

  • The Method Overview; Your Programme Explained Part 1 (60 mins)
  • The Method Overview; Your Programme Explained Part 2 (60 mins)
  • You’ll be guided on final preparation to help manage time and ease

Week Three

  • 45 mins coaching consultation with your Dietician
  • 45 mins coaching consultation with your Dietician

*we suggest we space these out to suit you, with the intention that you only have 2/3 days between your coaching sessions, for optimum support

Week Four

  • 45 mins coaching consultation with your Dietician
  • 45 mins coaching consultation with your Dietician
  • 30 mins check-in with Louise, by phone

Week Five

  • 45 mins coaching consultation with your Dietician

Week Six

  • 45 mins coaching consultation with your Dietician
