Smoked Salmon Mother’s Day Breakfast
Recipe Ingredients
- 120g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 4 handfuls of spinach
- 4 radishes
- 1 / 2 lemon Salt and pepper to taste
Smoked Salmon Breakfast in Bed
- Place a pan of water on the hob and add the eggs once the water is boiling, for a runny consistency boil for 6 minutes
- Chop the avocado and radishes and add serve on a plate with the other ingredients, the spinach can be served raw or wilted
