What results might I expect from a Louise Parker programme?
Before you decide to join one of our programmes and make a lifelong commitment to embracing the Louise Parker Method, you might be wondering what sort of results you can expect.
Many of our clients come to us because they want to lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle, however, the reality is that there are so many more benefits than simply losing weight. Read on to find out more!
What sort of weight loss might I see?
70% of our clients who completed a Transform programme in 2018 achieved a weight loss of 5-10% of their body weight with 1:1 support from one of our clinically registered dietitians. This degree of weight loss is considered clinically significant as it has been shown to confer improvements in several health-related outcomes such as improved blood sugar control and blood pressure.
What else might I notice?
It’s not just weight loss our clients experience. Our in-house research shows that, on average, for those who have completed the TRANSFORM 6 programme, their quality of sleep, ability to manage stress and energy levels have all improved.
Similarly, working with our dietitians has shown that our clients’ knowledge on nutrition also increases by over 33% empowering them to be able to make informed decisions about food and drink.
Our approach recognises that health and wellbeing is multifaceted, allowing us to look beyond the scales by helping clients to establish sustainable habits that alleviate distress and improve day-to-day quality of life.
