My New Role As A Patron For The Prince’s Trust

Following my announcement on Instagram I wanted share a little more about my new role about my new role as a Patron for the Prince’s Trust a bit further.

I feel truly honoured to now be working with The Prince’s Trust to help with the amazing work that they do to support young people in the UK. As a mother of daughters, I feel it’s so important to help support young women when they need it the most, especially in the tough climate that we’re currently facing.

Over the next 10 years, The Prince’s Trust aims to help 1 million more young people to transform their lives through developing their confidence and skills to live, to learn and earn. As a woman in business I feel this is one of the most important areas of a young person’s live that we can help shape. I can’t wait to get stuck in!

This is the area that jumped out at me the most as I was discussing partnering with the Trust and I can’t wait to work with the amazing group of leading female founders, entrepreneurs and business women that, like me, believe that all young women deserve the chance to succeed, regardless of their background. I have joined the Women Supporting Women group to work on the #ChangeAGirlsLife campaign to assist is inspiring young women to build their own futures.

As part of this campaign, with my team, I will be raising money and raising awareness through fundraisers, volunteering, mentoring, training and events.

I will of course keep you updated on our work for The Prince’s Trust and I hope that together we can support this amazing charity.
